At Tade Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-to-wear products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The item is in its original condition

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Bespoke/Custom-Made Orders

Due to the personalized nature of bespoke clothing:

  • All bespoke orders are non-refundable.

  • Payments made for custom designs cannot be refunded once production has commenced.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

  • Minor fitting adjustments may be offered at our discretion within a reasonable period after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
